Payment and Insurance Information

We participate with the following dental networks:

  • Connection Dental Network

(includes Guardian, Assurant, United Healthcare, and GEHA plans)

  • Cigna Rewards

  • Delta Premier

  • Careington Platinum

  • Horizon Traditional

We accept assignment on any PPO that pays us directly (and most do). This means that we submit claims for you and wait for the insurance company’s portion, so you are only required to pay estimated co-payments at the time of service. You are billed or credited for any differences after insurance processing.

We have many patients who are covered under various plans (i.e. Aetna, Cigna, Principal, etc.), and although we may be “out of network” on some of these plans, most of the time, the insurance carriers still pay us according to “usual and customary” fee schedule.

The choice of a dentist, and any health care provider, should always be yours, and we hope that you will choose us to serve your dental needs.

While all estimated co-payments are due at the time of service, financing is available through Care Credit (if approved). We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.
